In most cases we can confirm and schedule delivery within the same business day for next-day drops. Same-day delivery may be possible depending on location and availability — call us to check.
Everything. Trailer delivery, pickup, and damage waiver coverage are all included in the flat rate. There are no hidden fuel surcharges or transport fees added after booking.
Just let us know. Extensions are easy to arrange and billed at the same rate. We don't charge penalties for extensions — we'd rather you keep it than scramble.
Damage waiver coverage is included in your rental rate. We document trailer condition at drop-off and pickup with photos. As long as damage wasn't caused by misuse, you're covered.
